For any advice, guidance or suggestions you need, please do book in a complimentary consultation video call where you'll feel at ease and on the right track.

This is where the magic begins, and your vision comes to fruition. You’ll arrive on site to capture your photos and have fun during the process.

The day after your session, you will receive your proofs gallery to make your selections. An email will be sent with instructions and the password to your exclusive gallery.

Delivery

Your edited photos will be sent to you 10-14 business days after you’ve made your selections via a new exclusive gallery. Your images will be in high resolution and can be distributed for your intended use.

How do I book my photoshoot?

All bookings are made online. You can go to the ‘book online’ page from the menu bar above.


Are Deposits Refundable?

Under no circumstances are deposits refundable. Even if you cancel. Please make sure you’re certain about booking a session.

Do you have a studio?

Yes, I shoot at a studio where I am resident photographer, which means it is a shared studio used by select photographers. Your session will be private during the duration of your session but keep in mind you must keep to your time in consideration of another session taking place after yours by another client or photographer who has booked the space.



Where is your studio located?

The studio is located in Houston, TX on Westheimer Road and Beltway 8.


Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you most certainly can and its highly encouraged to have at least one person with you to help with your changes and feel comfortable during the shoot.



Can I come early?

If you wish to come early, you can come no early than 15 minutes to your session. Please be mindful that there is an appointment before yours and it would be inconsiderate to interrupt. If you need time to set up for your shoot, please book additional time to your session.


Do you provide hair and makeup?

No, I do not but can offer recommendations for professional and reliable makeup artists and hairstylists.


Can I get my hair and makeup done at your studio?

You most certainly can, but you must book additional time to your session to accommodate your hair and makeup being done. Additional hours can be added on for an additional fee. Showing up a hour or so early without communication or additional booked time is prohibited.



What if I’m late?

Tardiness is highly discouraged. Please try your best to be on time by mapping out the destination for the photoshoot ahead of time. A $25 late fee will be applied to your session if you’re more than 10 minutes late. You will not get more time added on and your session time will be cut short as I have other appointments after yours.

How will you send my photos?

Your proofs and final edits will be emailed to you via an online gallery that is password protected. You can then download the photos from the gallery.

Do you offer prints?

You can order prints and canvases directly through your online gallery. They will be printed and shipped directly to you via a third-party printing company.


What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

You can cancel your session at least 48 hours in advance. Any last-minute cancellations will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance on your end via the confirmation email.


How long will my gallery be accessible?

Online galleries will be accessible for 4 weeks. Please back up all digital copies of your images. Tiffany Couture will try to retain your edited files for up to 6 months.


Will I get to keep the raw images from my session?

No, but you can purchase 14 days access to your raw images for $40. After 14 days, they will be permanently deleted.

Do you travel?

Yes, I do. Pricing will vary on the travel expenses needed to travel to your chosen destination.



Can I purchase additional edited photos?

Yes, extra edits can be purchased for $15 each.


What form of payments do you accept?

I accept payments via credit card, cash, check or zelle

Do you offer videography services?

No, I strictly offer photography services but recommended videographers if you’re in need of one for your shoot.
Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance on your end via the confirmation email.


Do you have suggestions for on location?

Yes, depending on what you’re going for, I can offer suggestions for outdoors or other studios that fit your desired aesthetic.

Is the pricing for booking another location included in your packages?

No, it is not included. You are responsible for the pricing, payment and booking of the on-location space you desire to shoot at.

Do you provide props?

No, but if you book with my resident studio, you are more than welcome to use the props already in there. If you desire props such as balloons, cake or anything else in particular, you are responsible for bringing those props to your session.


Do you do custom sets?

Yes, I do custom sets upon request. Custom sets can range from $400 - $800 depending on the complexity so please budget accordingly.
